  • Dating and viability for a fetus between 6-14 weeks.

    • Evaluate baby, uterus and ovaries

    • Establishes Due Date

    • Evaluates Uterine Pregnancy and Survey for Ectopic Pregnancy

    • Both Transabdominal and/or Transvaginal

    Prep required: Arrive with a full bladder. Drink at least 24 ounces of water 30 minutes prior to your exam. Do not empty bladder when you arrive.

    • 18-24 weeks is ideal (Later gestational age possible but can be more limited visualization)

    • Detailed survey of fetal position, organs, spine, placenta, heart-rate, AFI, and measurements for growth and estimated weight

    • Gender determination if requested

    Prep required: Arrive with a full bladder. Drink at least 24 ounces of water 30 minutes prior to your exam. Do not empty bladder when you arrive.

    • Follow-up any specific anatomy not visualized during previous scan or recommended to receive follow-up. 

    • Evaluates fetal heart-rate, fetal and placental position, and AFI measurement.

    • Fetal Measurements and estimated fetal weight not included. (OB Follow-up includes this)Includes placenta location, fetal position, fetal heart rate and amniotic fluid assessment.

    No fetal growth will be done.

    Prep required: No prep required

  • A third trimester ultrasound designed to assess fetal well being utilizing four different fetal components:

    1) Fetal gross body movements

    2) Fetal muscle tone

    3) Fetal breathing movements

    4) Amniotic fluid volume

    Also includes AFI, fetal heart rate, fetal position.

    Prep Required: No prep required

  • OB Follow-up includes Fetal position, placenta location, fetal heart rate, amniotic fluid volume, limited anatomy as well as routine fetal growth assessment.

    Prep Required: No prep required

    • Dopplers

    • Cervical Lengths

    • Transvaginal Ultrasounds

All diagnostic imaging exams are read by a Board Certified Maternal Fetal Medicine physician, and reports are available within 24 hours.

Services are self-pay only. We do not accept any insurance plans at this time. Self-pay options may appeal to families without insurance, with high-deductible insurance, or those who simply prefer to avoid hospital settings and cost. Itemized receipts are available for submission for reimbursement to your insurance company (reimbursement is not guaranteed). We do accept HSA/FSA. Our diagnostic exams are very thorough and adhere strictly to the guidelines set forth by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM). OB/GYN Registered through ARDMS since 2012. Certified in Nuchal Translucency and CLEAR.
