Booking Policy- A valid card is required to book your appointment. You will only be charged a $25 fee if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, which will be treated as a cancellation.

Medical Requirement- Clients must be under the active care of a licensed physician or healthcare provider. Proof must be shown at time of appointment.

Refund policy- due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. Two attempts will be made 1 week apart for 3D/4D/5D images. After that, the sonographer reserves the right to modify packages at their discretion.
