Her career has taken her from Driscoll Children’s Hospital to elite medical centers in Austin, Utah, and California. Now a mother of three, Carmen is dedicated to providing a safe, warm, and expert clinical environment for women in her community, utilizing her advanced certifications to ensure the highest standard of prenatal care.
